Timber frame structures
We can offer timber frame structures in a range of different styles and materials
- Round wood timber framed - using peeled natural poles, carefully jointed and pegged to create beautiful, strong and sustainable structures
- Traditional timber framing in sawn Larch, Sweet Chestnut or Oak- jointed and pegged with tapered Oak pegs.
- We can also offer pole or sawn timber structures using metal fixings, rather than joints and pegs, for those with a shorter time frame or smaller budget.
- We also offer smaller constructions such as log stores, bird houses, porches and summer houses in a variety of styles and materials
Roundwood Stage for hire
Round wood timber framed event structure with canvas roof available for hire, with delivery and erection. It measures 6m x 5.5m. See this blog post for more information.
Furniture
We can offer bespoke furniture, made in the woods using traditional green wood working techniques from our own milled and cleft timber.
Signs
Hand carved signs using wood milled by myself in the woodland I manage. Made to order. Can be house signs or incorporated into furniture with a personal message.
Ash Splint Baskets
Bespoke baskets made from strips of Ash wood produced by manually pounding a log to separate the growth rings.
Eco-build 3D Design and Planning Drawings
We can offer affordable 3D drawings for eco-build projects as well as scale drawings for planning applications.
Firewood
Split, seasoned Ash firewood. £90 per load (roughly 1.2㎥). Free delivery within 10 miles of Chalford, Nr Stroud

We can supply a variety of sawn and round timber including light building poles, ash for green woodworking, 2" Elm boards for furniture making and sawn timber in Larch, Sweet Chestnut, Beech, Ash and other species where availableCoppice Products
Hazel rods for bean poles, hedging stakes and binders, fencing etc are available seasonally.
